I started learning in the Caribbean with my sister in law (a certified Anusara teacher) and fell in love with yoga. On return to the UK I was very lucky to be moving to Cornwall and the home of Bridget Woods-Kramer, the only certified Anusara in the Uk at the time. I completed most of my subsequent training with Bridget and now teach regular classes in Wirksworth.
I love yoga and the philosophy and community that surround it. I continue to learn, study and am happy to be sharing this with others. I'm looking forward to teaching more workshops events and classes soon.
