I have been teaching yoga since 1999, fulltime since 2001. In addition to my original training course (250 hour), I have attended many courses and workshops over the years. I have been involved in teacher training since 2001. I teach Anatomy on the Yoga Therapy and Training Centre's Level 1 Teacher Training course. I also teach hatha and prenatal yoga in Dublin, Ireland.
