Reidin has been practicing yoga for a number of years. With experience in Ashtanga, Sivananda, Hatha and Bikram yoga. Her classes vary in intensity while her teaching style is relaxed. She recently completed teacher training with Sivananda Yoga Vedanta academy in their ashram in France and hopes to bring her love of yoga across in her classes.
As a teacher Reidin aims to enable students to: work energetically with their breath; become aware of their physical limitations and possibilities; enjoy practicing yoga and the many benefits from it.
