Sally teaches private Yoga classes and small group classes in Arundel,Storrington and Wothing. Sally teaches Hatha Yoga for all levels of experience and a weekly Community Yoga (half price Yoga class) in Arundel Town Hall. Her Yoga classes have a strong focus on breath awareness. She enjoys being creative and experimental with her classes. Working with a variety of themes and ideas to include different sequences and a range of static postures to help students deepen their practice and understanding. She also teaches Yin Yoga, this induces deep body relaxation with emphasise on breath awareness, release and stillness.
