Trained intensively in Gitiananda Ashram, South India completed 750 hours practical work and 750 hours theory over 6 months residential course. Also returned to the Ashram in 2007 to undertake some more advanced practice. Sally works with her husband Surender Saini who has established YOGA SATSANG ASHRAM in West Wales and both continue to expand and are also establishing the YOGA SATSANG ASSOCIATION to serve the community through yoga projects.
Gitananda Ashtanga Yoga is one of the most authentic types of yoga available to yoga sadhakas(seekers) we teach in a step by step manner and veiw yoga as a way of life and very much encourage the sadhaka to embrace and study the teachings in the yoga sutras of Pantanjali. We teach daily classes, hold retreats and detox retreats and pre and post natal yoga. Yoga satsang Ashram is also running a 1 year diploma in yoga course.
