For me, yoga is an essential part of my everyday life and continues to teach and inspire me, even after my teacher training. It helps me with my job, is easily combined with other physical training and has given me increased stamina, flexibility and mobility. But it's not just the physical aspect that I benefit from ... I have learned to listen to my body intuitively and, through reflection, I have found an inner balance and stability that I draw upon to help me cope with lives challenges! Best of all, I haven't had to make drastic changes to my life in order to benefit! I am now honoured to be able to teach safely and inspire others on a similar journey. My advice to anyone entering the world of yoga is to keep an open mind, rise to the challenges and enjoy the difference it makes to your world ... Namaste~
