Hi there,
I have been practising yoga for around 18 years, and when for the first time on Jersey, there was the opportunity to train as a teacher, I decided to further expand on my love of yoga and have recently completed the CYQ Level 3 Yoga qualification. I am now teaching on Wednesday evenings in the parish of St Saviour, Jersey, and am practising under the name of Body-n-Soul Yoga.
