I've been a follower of world renowned author and physician, Dr Deepak Chopra, since the early 1980s and it was a wish to be able to attend one of his lectures or programs. The opportunity arose in April 2008 and I was introduced to Primordial Sound Meditation and the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, a yoga style that is based on the teachings of his best-selling book "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success".

I had practiced yoga on and off previously, but when I attended the 2nd Chopra progamme, "Seduction of Spirit" in Dublin in July 2008, something touched me on a deeper level and led me to enrol in the Teachers Training Program in Yoga, Meditation & Ayurveda.

This style of yoga is a very relaxing style of yoga that is suitable for everyone.
