After being made redundant from a highly stressful and demanding job, I realised what a blessing it was to leave that type negative environment behind me and what a great opportunity I had to retrain to do something I really enjoyed. It has to be Yoga! Although there are numerous courses available in the UK and Worldwide, I really wanted to follow traditional Yoga practice and what better place to do it than India, the birthplace of Yoga. So I took a journey to beautiful Goa in India and retrained as a Yoga Teacher.
Since returning to the UK I have steadily been gaining clients whom I teach on a 1-2-1 basis. I trained at the Himalaya Yoga Valley Training Centre, Goa, India I teach Ashtanga Yoga to beginners and intermediates. I have practiced Yoga for about 10 years I am a member of the Yoga Alliance UK I hold UK qualifications in Training and Development I hold UK qualifications in Coaching
