Teacher Details

After years of keep fit classes, I took a serious interest in yoga in 2005 when I moved to Scotland from Italy where I worked as a psychologist and Gestalt therapist. This led to my first intensive teacher training course with Union Yoga.
For me yoga represents a continuation and integration of the body and mind work that I carried out previously.
My classes are suited to beginners and offer an ideal place to work the body in an energetic manner, while at the same time finding a personal rhythm and raising personal awareness.
