My introduction to yoga was in 1992 when I attended classes with Rhada Ireland. Since then I have been able to attend workshops with some of the best western Yoga teachers including Danny Paradise, David Svenson, Richard Freeman and John Scott. I also studied in Mysore with BNS Iyengar. I have continued to learn with Danny Paradise and attend his workshops yearly. I teach Hatha yoga to people of all ages and abilities. I specialise in Ashtanga Yoga. I have developed classes for students so that all ages and all levels can gain the benefits of a hatha yoga practice. In some of my classes I introduce students to meditation based on the Vipasana Technique and simple pranayama
