My yoga journey began over 14 years ago after moving to Manchester, where I regularly attended classes and workshops for many years. I've wanted to expand my knowledge and love of yoga for the past few years by going into teaching. I'm now able to follow the teaching path and expand my horizons as I have qualified as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher in Nassau, Bahamas. I am now studying for the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma which will be completed in December 2012 after two years of study. I teach two weekly yoga classes every Monday & Wednesday in Gatley & Heaton Moor. All levels, including beginners are welcome.
