I have been a dedicated Yogi for about 10 years. I completed the Yoga Foundation Course in 2009. I spent some time absorbing all the wonderful things I'd learnt and went straight on to Teacher Training afterwards. I have a beautiful Yoga Studio at my home in Welwyn Village Hertfordshire, where I teach small groups of 4. This enables me to give more attention to each individual student during the sessions and the students have the chance to request an areas they particularly would like to focus on :-)
