Teacher Details

My first life was in the print and publishing industry; specialising in packaging and retouching I worked in Liverpool, London and Dubai. My concerns were; work, money and parties. My second life was in teaching 11-18 year olds in the UK Technology, Graphics and Art. My concerns were; my 'children', working even harder for less money and parties. A two year break, travelling around the world and discovering Tibetan Heart Yoga, have allowed me to totally realign to a thread which has always ran consistently through it; yoga, meditation and their ultimate goal. Consequently my third life is a more holistically spiritual one, concerned with how to maintain it and realise true love through compassion and parties.
