I teach pregnancy yoga, post natal yoga with babies and dynamic yoga at The Life Centre in London. I have created 3 yoga dvds for women to practice during and after pregnancy entitled 'Bump, Birth and Beyond'. I recently helped design a range of pregnancy yoga clothing for Blossom Mother and Child. I teach workshops and am going to be running a teacher training course.
