Having taught since 2008, as of August 2010 I became a licensed Anusara Inspired yoga teacher. I am currently licenced through Yoga Alliance UK, as an RYT200. I teach mostly at Santosha Studio in Chippenham. I also run drop in, heart-focussed yoga classes for relaxation, flexibility, balance, toning and fun elsewhere in the Wiltshire area. All levels of ability and experience are welcome. I am available for private sessions and lead more specialised, longer group workshops. Most of my classes are suitable for all and I am trained for therapeutic clients and pregnancy.
