Teacher Details

Mi name is Tomas, My base is between Madrid and Ibiza(Spain).I´m working like social worker more than 15 years, and i´m studying yoga seriusly since 2003 visit a few times India, and i was living in Rishikesh more than two years, studying with Mr. Mukesh Kothary Asthanga Viniyasa yoga, and Bindusar Yoga. Whith Mrs. Usha Dhevi Iyengar yoga style,and with other teachers another stiles of yoga to learn the caracteristics and the effects. My teachings are connecting allways with the beneficts of the emocional development.
Also im a practicioner of vipassana meditation, and i include that in my teachings. Actually im available to do a personal classes.
