I trained with yogahaven which is a hot yoga. Yogahaven has studios in Birmingham and Brighton and soon to be opening in London. I teach a couple of times a week at the studio in Birmingham. I work full time at Cadbury and teach once a week here for the girls at work. I have not set up my own website yet. I am interested in attending workshops and learning a lot more about yoga and different styles and teaching methods.
