I have been studying, practicing and teaching Yoga since 1975. I have studied in depth, Iyengar Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. I have taken Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with both Ana Forrest and Rodney Yee. I teach a joyful, intelligent and dynamic vinyasa flow style, which is blend of all the styles I have studied.
