Chakra Yoga

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I qualified as a yoga teacher after a 3 month full time course in Chakra yoga in Thailand. I completed a Vinyasa flow teacher training in 2009. Recently I have been certified a Vedic Chant Teacher by Krshnamacharya Yoga Mandarim. I also practice Reiki and sound massage. I am particulary interested in working with individuals to create programmes tailored to their needs.
