Teacher Details

I am practicing Yoga from 1978, studying Authentic Yoga systems with Yoga teachers worldwide.
I am teaching from 1991.All these years I have taught thousands of hours - Beginning to very Advanced levels of: Asanas ,Pranayamas,Yamas,Niyamas,Dhyana,Yoga for Pregnancy,Yoga for Children, etc.
In addition from the above,I have given Seminars in Yoga-including Kriyas, Philosophy,public lectures on Yoga topics, interviews in radio, I have wrote articles in magazines,books etc.
I have three Yoga Certificates:
B.S.Y.A.(British School of Yoga Associate)-acquired on 9/6/1999,
M.B.S.Y.([full] Member of British School of Yoga)-on 31/8/1999, and
Certificate of Surat Shabd Yoga-on 1/3/2007.
