I have been teaching Yoga for over 35 years and running Yoga Teacher Training Programs for 10 years. The physical practice and the spiritual teachings of Yoga have been my life-long passion. I have lived many years at ashrams in India and traveled extensively in India and Asia. My training programs are outstanding after years of refinement.
I founded a Yoga Studio in Massachusetts, Frog Lotus Yoga, which is still successfully running. I am currently co-own and co-manage a Yoga Retreat Centre in the south of Spain, Suryalila Retreat Centre in Andalucia. i teach my trainings in Spain at Suryalila as well as in Costa Rica, Bali, and India.
