Our Anusara Teacher Training consists of 3 Yoga Immersions, each one split over 2 long weekends. This is where we go deep into the methodology of Anusara Yoga: asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga history, tantric philosophy, The Yoga Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita, anatomy. 100hrs.
The immersion programme is open to anyone on a modular basis, but part 1 must be completed first.
At the end of this stage there is a written test to be doen in your own time and submitted before the next part of the training which is the teaching skills part of the course.
An application form is available by emailing info@santoshastudio.co.uk.
This needs to be returned together with your completed immersion questionnaire before you sign up for the teaching skills training.
Each part of the teacher training must be completed in full, no part attendance will be permitted. Completion of all 3 parts will meet the requirements laid down by Anusara towards your application for Anusara-Inspired Teacher status.
